Print/Information Design

Campaign design process

I spent a semester designing a campaign aimed at increasing media literacy and addressing declining trust in news media. I got more wrapped up in the strategy and process than the actual execution/product, so I dedicated good chunk of my resources to documentation in my process book.

The 27 spreads of my book are arranged in a grid at small scale.

A two page spread shows examples of my campaign designs broken down by layers. Accompanying text explains the process that led to them.

A stacked, horizontal bar chart shows breakdowns of changes in media trust by political party affiliations; a map of the US shows which areas of most densely populated.

3 posters side by side depict illustrations of Boston and campus with information about the events being promoted.
I designed and illustrated these posters promote various events as an RA for first-year students at my university.

Type Design

I'm a huge type design and typography geek. This spring, I designed my first custom typeface from scratch in my Typography III course. I got a lot of great critique recently from type designer Jesse Ragan and plan to continue refining my typeface before starting some new projects soon!
